Each item appears once, on the record it happened to. To see everything on one record's Activity tab, including its contacts' emails and its linked records' changes, list that record's activity feed instead. You see what you'd see in Parley: nothing from projects you can't access, and no email content hidden by mailbox privacy settings. Upcoming meetings come first, since they start in the future; pass before to leave them out.
