Users

Parley isn’t priced per seat. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can put your whole firm in Parley without deciding who gets access to the AI. Adding a user is free and never draws credits.
Seat-based pricing makes you ration access to the tool doing the work. We charge for the work Parley produces instead, which means paralegals, associates, and staff can all be in the system without changing your bill.

Billing periods

Your billing period is always monthly, regardless of your term length or how you pay. The first one starts on your order effective date, and each one after that starts on the same day of the month. Credits are granted at the start of every billing period. Your subscription fee is flat. It’s payable in full whether you use every credit or none of them.

Trying Parley

The trial runs 14 days from signup. A card or ACH method is required up front, but it isn’t charged during the trial. At day 14 you’re charged your first subscription fee, your first billing period begins, and your full monthly credit allotment is granted. Overages are disabled during the trial, so you’ll never accrue a charge for going past your trial credits. If you hit the limit early and want to keep going, you can convert early and start your billing period right then. Cancel in account settings before day 14 and you’re never charged.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re charged the difference for the days remaining in your billing period, and you receive the matching share of additional credits right away. Your billing anniversary and subscription period end date don’t change. From the next billing period, you’re on the full fee and full allotment of the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Annual plans can’t decrease mid-term and change at the start of the next subscription period. On Enterprise, reach out and we’ll handle the change with you. On self-serve plans, only an Owner can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. See Permissions.
