How it works
As you upload evidence, draft, and correspond, Parley reads what’s there and reconciles it against the fields on the matter, company, and person. A receipt notice lands in a Project and the receipt number, status, and dates follow from it. An offer letter arrives and the employer details update. Nothing about this is a separate step. It runs on the context you’re already using to draft.Review Updates
Parley doesn’t silently rewrite your database. A Review Updates panel on the Parley homepage shows suggested field updates based on your work. Accept them to build out your records and improve the Agent’s context on future runs. Treat the panel as a queue rather than a notification. Working through it regularly is what makes the rest of the system — reporting, Tables, Routines — trustworthy.USCIS case tracking
Create a Project and upload a receipt notice. Parley pulls out the receipt number, suggests it as a field, and sends the latest update from USCIS as an in-app notification. The full USCIS case timeline is available from the Activity Log inside any Project, so you can see where a case sits without leaving the matter. Ask the Agent about USCIS addresses or fees and it pulls from up-to-date sources, so cover letters are ready to file.Critical dates and notifications
Parley’s notification centre collects case updates, approaching dates, and finished Agent and Routine runs into a single inbox, reachable from a popover in your sidebar so you never lose your place. You can set notifications for any date tracked in Parley from Settings. If your firm cares about a date that isn’t tracked yet, an Owner or Admin can ask the Agent to add it as a field, and the team can subscribe to alerts as those deadlines approach.Making it work well
Put the work in Parley
Put the work in Parley
Self-driving fields run on the documents and notes attached to a matter. A case worked outside Parley and summarized into it won’t keep itself current.
Link your records
Link your records
Dates on a Contact update from the files in the Projects they’re on. Without the link, there’s nothing to read. See Objects.
Create fields for what you actually track
Create fields for what you actually track
A field nobody looks at is noise in the review queue. Start with the handful your firm reports on — status, target date, receipt number — and add more as you find yourself asking for them.
Work the review queue
Work the review queue
Accepted updates become context the Agent uses on the next run. Skipping the queue costs you twice.
