If you’re on an annual Enterprise plan, nothing changes. Your contract stands as written. If you’d like to move to the usage-based model, reach out and we’ll go through your usage to date in depth and size the right plan with you.If you’re on a monthly plan, you’ll be moving to this new model. Nothing happens without talking to us first. We’ll reach out with your specific numbers before anything changes.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users. We charge for the work Parley produces, not for who has a login. Adding a user is free and never draws credits.

No. Document upload and processing are free, no matter the volume, and so is the self-driving case management that runs on top of them. We don’t want your firm hesitating to put a file in Parley.

Most firms never have to think about it. As a rough anchor, a complete immigration submission runs around 240 credits.If you’re not sure where you’d land, talk to us and we’ll size it with you based on your caseload and the kinds of filings you run. After a month of real usage, check the Usage page and contact sales to discuss a custom credit package.

It depends on your spending controls. With overages enabled, work continues and additional credits are billed at $1 per credit — invoiced in arrears on Enterprise. With overages off, credit-powered features pause until your balance resets.On Pro and Growth, buy a credit pack or turn on auto-recharge so the work doesn’t stop.

Yes, within your subscription period, up to a cap of 2x your monthly allotment. Rollover is drawn down before your current period’s credits.At renewal, the balance carries into the new term only if your new monthly allotment is equal to or greater than the expiring one. Downgrading at renewal clears it.

In your billing settings. Owners and Admins see a breakdown of consumption by user, and you can set alerts so you know before you reach your allowance. You can also export the full usage log to CSV from the Usage page.

Why usage-based instead of seats?
Seat-based pricing makes a firm ration access to the tool doing the work, and it ties what you pay to headcount rather than output. Charging for the work Parley produces is closer to what hiring an associate costs you, and it means putting your whole team in Parley doesn’t change your bill.
