The fastest way to understand Parley is to run one real matter through it.

Create the Project

From the Projects page, or just tell the Agent: “Create a Project”A Project is typically one-to-one with a matter. Everything the case needs, and everything Parley produces for it, will live here.

Upload the evidence

Drag the case files in, or ask the Agent to organize as it goes: “Add these and sort them into folders by exhibit type.”Upload and processing are free at any volume, so bring everything the case actually has rather than a curated subset.

Link the Account and Contact

Ask the Agent to link the Project to the petitioner’s Account and the beneficiary’s Contact. This is what lets Parley reach the company’s letterhead, prior filings, and background without you attaching them by hand.

Produce a draft

Select Run Agent and choose a Skill, or just ask in the Project chat. The Agent works from everything in the Project, not only what’s in your message.Kick it off and walk away if you like — the Project shows what’s in progress, and you’ll get a notification when it’s done.

Build the exhibit packet

Now ask for the packet. Parley organizes the evidence, creates divider pages, and compiles the PDF.This is the moment worth paying attention to: because the draft and the packet share the Project’s memory, the index and the brief agree with each other. Exhibit 7 is Exhibit 7 in both.

Review and correct

Open the draft in Word to review edits as tracked, word-level redlines.Where the output is wrong in a way that will be wrong again, that’s a line missing from a Skill — fix it there rather than in the document.

What to notice

  • The Review Updates panel on the homepage now has suggested field updates drawn from what you uploaded. Accepting them is how the case database builds itself.
  • The Activity Log in the Project holds the USCIS timeline if you uploaded a receipt notice.
  • Everything is searchable by chat. You didn’t have to structure anything to be able to ask for it later.
